Coming up with a concept

Blooming Melody was conceptualized for a group exhibition where the overall theme was magic.

As soon as we heard the theme, a group of like minded designers came together to create an exhibit that used sound and light to showcase fairies dancing in the forest.

Inspired by fairies and flowers, we pulled together ideas on how to visually represent MAGIC.

I built a rough table out of scrap wood and began playing with how to add a rebound action to the triggers.
